Yabin Torres — Product designer for social-impact organisations

Research, digital products and brand. Based in Barcelona, working internationally.

Understanding how people
behave online, and designing
for what they actually do.

Every screen asks someone to decide whether to keep going. Understanding that decision — what they look for, what they ignore, where they give up — is the work. These are the four ways I put it into practice.

Diagnosis
& Audit

I audit the product end to end — funnel, architecture, interface and the data you already have — and come back with what is actually broken and the order to fix it.

Redesign
& Interface

Wireframes with real copy first, approved before any visual design touches them. Then the interface, then the build — on the platform you already have.

Design
Systems

Tokens, components and templates that hold up once somebody else is using them — including the ones authored in a CMS instead of written in code.

Brand
Identity

Logo, palette, typography and the manual that keeps them consistent once I’m not in the room. Built from zero, for platforms with no visual language of their own.

No figure ships without a source

On the CENACED work the prototypes annotate themselves: every number without documentary backing gets a red dashed outline drawn straight into the mockup, so the design review doubles as a data review. Four figures are being held back that way right now.
